Miho Izakaya was established in 2009. Opened By Chef Michael Miho, a third generation Japanese American raised all throughout the Pacific Islands.
Miho’s passions for food and hospitality were inspired by time spent in the kitchen preparing family meals with his grandmother, Nana. Using her traditional recipes as well as new techniques picked up along the way, Chef Miho hopes to share with you these soulful Japanese dishes, using local ingredients in the ‘family’ style of dining he loves so much.
